Shetu Agro Industries Ltd. was established in 1989 at Gazipur, 30 KM far from Dhaka Metropolitan City. There are 2 units. One is Formulation unit and another one is packaging unit. Under formulation unit we formulate granule and liquid pesticides such as Carbofuran 5G, Fenitrothion 50EC, Malathion 57EC etc. Capacity of our Granular plant is 1 MT per hour and capacity of liquid plant is 1 KL/45 minutes. We have well equipped agrochemical-packaging facilities where we do packaging of granular and liquid in small packing for distribution and marketing throughout the country. We have well equipped Laboratory in our factory where we analyze the physical and chemical properties of a product before dispatching for marketing. We conduct test for confirming the AI percentage of a product through GC and also conduct other important tests like moisture content, emulsion stability etc. of a product regularly. All the production activities are being run according to Environment Management System (EMS) manual and Environmental Policy in light of ISO 14001 guideline
