Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives and help execute campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will coordinate marketing activities, manage content schedules, assist with promotional campaigns, and ensure consistent brand communication. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Assist in creating and publishing content for websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing.
- Work closely with designers, content writers, developers, and external partners to ensure timely project delivery.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.
- Manage marketing calendars, schedules, and promotional activities.
- Support event planning, product launches, and brand awareness initiatives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Maintain and update marketing materials, presentations, and brand assets.
- Coordinate with sales and customer support teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Ensure all marketing communications follow brand guidelines and company standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing, and content management systems.
- Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Graphic design knowledge using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Understanding of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
